A simple yet pleasing and competant pictorial scene of children playing in the countryside, with an older boy sitting on a stile and younger children picking flowers. Good expression in the faces and realistic poses, the tile has the script 'Rosebud Series' towards the bottom right and is based on illustrations in the children's magazine The Rosebud*.

Very tiny chip bottom left corner, one barely visible short, light scratch, very light discolouration in the crazing, minor manufacturing imperfections. A bright and clean tile.
