Bottom right corner
trimmed for the original installation, two very
tiny rim chips (right corner am manfacturing flaw),
some light scuffing to the green near the rim, a
pinprick to the glaze, very clean and bright, a
well painted example of this uncommon
design. Style: Art nouveau A funky art nouveau design, three pairs of
floating flowers in yellow and sky blue against
a rich green ground, the design nicely
proportioned on the tile for framing. This a
fairly late design and not so often found,
introduced around 1910 according to the pattern
number. Verso very clean embossed England and
copyright, painted pattern number.
