All very nicely done apart from the print being a little untidy but precisely and sensitively painted. On a Boote blank but but appears in the Decorative art Tile Co catalogue at the V&A, Boote supplied blanks widely to other companies for decoration. This design I have seen five or six times but never seen a companion even with a set of ten from a fireplace, it was quite common for pairs to be made but apparently not in this case.
