Tint An outstanding pretty and bright floral tile,
Printed in mid brown and coloured with five
super colours. Very high quality manufacture,
precisely printed, precisely painted, rich
colours and brilliantly glazed. This the only design registered to Rowley who
are recoded as tile merchants so they probably
had this made for them by one of their regular
suppliers. A pattern number is associated with
the design so maybe they had a range of their
own designs made, quite why they just registered
one is a mystery although it is a wonderful
tile. Verso almost perfectly clean with printed R
& Co. and design registration number.
